My 2012 jQuery Website

,

This was my first portfolio site of 2012, with a strong emphasis on illustration and jQuery. The site was mostly constructed in one big Photoshop file, with the individual components saved out as images and tied back together in HTML. I got the lift idea from looking at some floating jQuery menus, and wondering if I could make something more interesting by adding some PNGs with transparency.

Some people really liked it, but it didn’t get the universal acclaim I was hoping for, which is why it was quickly replace by a more standard portfolio responsive site, it’s still one of my favorites though!

See the site here.
