I built this Reddit reader side project to improve my React skills. It pulls in data from the Reddit JSON API using Axios and saves the selected subreddits in HTML5 local storage. It defaults to displaying a selection on web development subreddits but the can be changed using the menu.
I also used React Headroom for the sticky header and React Waypoint to add infinite scrolling. It ended up looking a bit like GMail, but I wrote the CSS myself and didn’t use Material Design UI kit.
